POSITION SUMMARY

Our Warehouse position ensures an outstanding experience for new/current owners of our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and other quality products by effectively receiving, storing, packing, and shipping products. Maintains stock records and schedules. Ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of inventory coming through the warehouse. Also ensures that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities. The Warehouse position is a champion of safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Warehouse associate will report directly to our Distribution Center Manager.

This position will work out of our Beaverton, Oregon Distribution Center.

• Process Shipping and Receiving
• Shipping to Customer
• Receiving Product and staging
• Processing WSC Parts – Packaging
• Delivery and Installation of Hot Tub Covers and Lifters
• Customer Pickups at Warehouse
• Inventory Management
• Stock Transfer & Adjustment
• Spa Delivery Staging
• Installation of tech to pre-delivery Hot Tubs/Swim Spas
• Product Staging
• Facilities Management, ensuring a clean, well maintained environment for employees and customers
• Works as a team within the warehouse and with support departments throughout the company
• Safety is our number one priority; constantly aware of actions/behaviors. Corrects any unsafe practices. Follows all OSHA guidelines.

Other requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Computer and technology savvy
• Have the ability to work with spreadsheets and good with numbers/skus
