The Security Software Engineering (SSE) organization has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Sr Engineer who has an automation and security background to join a high caliber team. The SSE team provides software engineering and automation solutions for Information and Cyber Security. These solutions include process and controls automation, and reporting. The successful candidate will have a well-rounded technical background and experience in SDLC, automation, and multi-domain information security principles.
This role includes leading the engineering and implementation of complex automation solutions for both our internal team and external stakeholders. The qualified candidate will be competent in leveraging various tools and scripting to provide automation solutions, and enterprise reporting solutions. The position will include the following responsibilities:
Evaluates automation use cases to align the correct solution to each use case.
Researches and tracks new technologies, and analyzes business requirements.
Responsible for building high quality automation solutions.
Develops specifications for complex automation solutions.
Implements and supports enterprise-scale reporting solutions.
Provides technical support to users of automation solutions.
Interfaces with developers, line of business personnel, information security leaders and managers to identify, define, document, and implement automation solutions into the automated tool suite.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

7+ years of software engineering experience
7+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
5+ years of Python experience
5+ years of scripting and automation experience
2+ years of technical experience in systems administration, networking, or information security
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Ability to deliver concise, time critical information to all levels of management, technology and business teams
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
