• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience in commercial roles in sales, marketing, operations, analytics within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Sales Operations Experience.
• Hands on experience driving data visualization projects (tableu, powerBI, etc.)
• Experience analyzing and visualizing various data sources regarding market and brand dynamics (e.g., retail/ non-retail RX data, HCP-level data, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Summary
• ViiV is seeking an experienced Director, Sales Operations and Analytics. This role will be responsible for the entire portfolio and all selling teams in ViiV, reporting into the Field Strategy and Operations Head and working in close partnership with the Sales Leadership Team. The main goal of this role is twofold: to ensure sales operations run smoothly and to modernize our analytics tools for the field to enhance sales performance. This is a critical role that connects the field execution with the company objectives including the right cross functional partnership to support the field when appropriate.
• The role is expected to maximize collaboration with the extended Field Strategy and Operations group (including market development teams and performance and engagement teams) with the overarching objective to improve sales performance. The role needs to work very closely with Sales Leaders and our Business Intelligence teams to build on top existing efforts while tech-enabling field teams.
• Additionally, this role interacts with Marketing, Medical, Digital, Medical, Access and Payer teams and requires understanding the big strategic picture while understanding execution at territory level.
