The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Executive Director, Management Team, and the organization on a variety of program-wide tasks to carry out the goals of the Estuary Partnership. The Administrative Assistant works as a liaison across all teams within the organization, as well as the IT liaison for the entire organization. The Administrative Assistant will also provide coordination and support for special-focus teams and workgroups, including the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Squad. This position is based in the Estuary Partnership Portland office and is primarily office-based, with work from home opportunities, and occasional meetings or events outside of the office.

The watershed includes 28 cities, nine counties, and 45 school districts within the states of Oregon and Washington.
