Account Service Representatives (ASRs) provide support to current and potential LightStream clients, primarily in the form of email and phone correspondence and must have a thorough understanding of all servicing procedures and processes.

Specific activities may change from time to time.
Answer incoming phone calls and perform outbound calls, as necessary.
Calls may be from clients, potential clients, or third parties.
Teammates must assist any caller based off their needs.
Provide the Perfect Client Experience (PCE), regardless of the nature of the call.
Respond to emails to assist clients and non-clients with their inquiries utilizing the PCE model.
Handle intermediate Account Services work items.
Teammates are expected to thoroughly review and perform all necessary steps for any items with minimal guidance.
Meet/exceed monthly performance requirements as evidenced by Ongoing and QC Reviews.

High school diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, and team-oriented environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to focus on tasks at hand, interpret information logically to solve problems, and answer questions via phone and email appropriately
Bachelor’s Degree Call Center Experience Customer Service Experience
