Wells Fargo Capital Markets Technology is looking for senior technologist to work within Funding Capital and Liquidity technology. The candidate will participate in the build out and support of applications and platform for collateral/cash/liquidity management and QFC regulatory reporting.

As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically, you will: 

  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them
  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: securities, quants, artificial intelligence, or machine learning
  • 12+ years of technical engineering experience
  • 5+ years of trading systems development or implementation experience
  • 10+ years of capital markets experience

Desired Qualifications

  • A Masters degree or higher in computer science or finance
  • A professional certification in technology
  • Basic knowledge of industry regulations related to building technological solutions

Other Desired Qualifications
  •  A Masters degree or higher in computer science or engineering
  • Technology 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Technology 5+ years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles 
  • Technology 3+ years of Tableau Dashboard development experience
  • Technology 5+ years of Informatica experience
  • Technology 3+ years of AngularJS experience
  • Experience 5+ years of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience
  • Functional knowledge of Collateral Management, Cash Management, Treasury, Qualified Financial Contracts Reporting
