Recruiting coordinator


We are seeking and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role provides support of the Human Resources and Recruiting teams and is an integral part of the employee onboarding experience. In this employee-facing role, s/he will provide support and guidance to employees in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.


  • Manages new hire onboarding process including internal and new employee communication, onboarding documents, first day orientation, etc.
  • Verifies employment eligibility. Processes I-9 documentation and completes I-9 forms. Tracks and initiates updates, as necessary.
  • Responsible for the integrity, compliance, completeness and maintenance, retention of all active and archived personnel files. Ensures confidentiality and audits records on a regularly scheduled basis for compliance.
  • Process actions in HR system (Workday) to facilitate employee changes.
  • Facilitates employee off-boarding process including separation paperwork, exit meetings and follow up as necessary
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition function during the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience: candidate communication, interview scheduling, travel coordination
  • Responds to general employee inquiries regarding employment, human resource policies and procedures, benefits, etc.
  • Manages companys labor compliance postings and notifications
  • Ensures compliance of processes with Company policies and state/federal laws.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with HR systems, experience with Workday preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized, with excellent time-management and follow-up skills
  • Current knowledge of HR industry functions and best practices, state and federal labor laws and regulations surrounding employment preferred
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality required
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • B.S. / B.A. preferred with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development
  • 2+ years related Human Resources experience preferred
