Transformation Delivery Lead

You Are:
You will enable transformation in the way our clients operate, by leading best in class marketing operating models and services.  The Transformation Delivery Lead will partner with our clients as we stand-up new services – leading a new operating model and embedding ways of working. You will be accountable for delivering on scaled solutions that may span across content, campaign, performance marketing, media, and analytics.  You’ll lead teams to deliver carefully crafted strategic solutions and will work with our clients and teams to cement new ways of working with their digital platforms and services.

The Work:

  • Contribute to the design of new operating models and scaled services for our clients, leveraging your delivery background to identify solutions for complexity and initial roll-out and adoption

  • Set the strategic direction and establish near-term goals for the delivery of scalable solutions

  • Stand up and roll-out transformational changes, partnering with cross-functional teams to mobilize new services, platforms, and process

  • Lead and navigate complex, multi-party client relationships at both the management and executive levels

  • Manage largescale teams, both on and offshore, to bring operational excellence to client delivery

  • Manage financial health, including scope, budget, pricing, forecast and solution economics

  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Manage risk and issues, decision-make, and successfully implement change

  • Navigate across the organization to bring the best of Accenture for our clients.  Be able to negotiate and influence on significant requirements for successful delivery

  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy and operations to develop and implement plans and approaches. Enable client teams to operate in a “new way of working”

  • Have an innovative and transformation mindset to continue to optimize process, increase client value, and identify additional opportunities for growth and efficiencies

  • Partner on sales opportunities to bring transformative meaningful solutions to our clients
