As a Service Contract Coordinator, you will support the Field Service Organization and Radiometer Medical Customers with all their administrative service needs. The Field Service organization ensures that critical equipment in hospitals, doctor's offices, reference laboratories, and research institutes across the country are serviced and maintained in an efficient manner.
Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers by updating them of their upcoming contractual agreements, helping them to renew the contract, and accurately invoicing them accordingly.
Create annual service agreements for all of our company products, assure timely invoices, verify prices to purchase orders, match purchase orders and invoices, and enter into CRM and Axapta systems.
Responsible for ordering parts, expediting orders and handling inventory discrepancies as required for the field service engineers and applications specialists
Handle changes for contracts and coordinates all interested parties.
Assist in monthly processing of invoices to assure monthly revenue targets are met as well as assist in the process of credits and re-bills and the timely transfer of billable calls to invoice customers as needed
Partner with Radiometer Medical personnel to process software license orders and distribute licenses among appropriate internal personnel
Use CRM to retrieve customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, all work order updates, and to make changes as the need arises
Collaborate with the field service teams to drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders as well as identifying revenue generating opportunities.
Find opportunities for combining open work to maximize efficiency of field service engineers based on specific criteria.
Comply to both federal and company compliance requirements at all times.
File and maintain all documentation for contracts and invoices and efficiently manage all email inboxes so nothing is left behind.
Associates Degree or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience - OR - Bachelors Degree or experience in customer service, call center or coordination environment preferred
Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet skills, key board entry, database and CRM experience; Strong grammar skills with prior experience drafting internal and customer emails; Basic math skills and statistical knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and Axapta is preferable although not required.
Ability to work a set 8-hour shift anytime between 5am 7pm
Primary language English; French is a plus
