Qualifications & Requirements

Duties:  Form various functions related to testing & QA services for web & non web based environments; gathering and analyzing requirements and preparing requirement traceability matrix; setting up testing practices, leveraging existing testing processes and industry best practices; executing software tests, including database and API tests and report defects; developing and enhancing Regression test suite for suite of software applications; analyzing QTP automated test results and recommend updates to automated Regression test suite; developing, documenting, and implementing and refining applicable Quality Assurance processes and procedures to develop and distribute quality products; creating, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies; developing quality test plans/test cases; collaborating with the Product Manager, Scrum Product Owner, Business stakeholders, and development teams to help refine defects in the product backlog by way of User Stories; setting up Behavioral Driven Development Testing framework; selecting tools required to develop a test automation framework; designing workflow architecture chart diagram; and developing modules and installing software packages to minimize redundancy in handling jobs of repetitive nature.



Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:



1)         experience setting up Behavioral Driven Development Testing framework using continuous Automation and Innovation;



2)         experience in large transformation programs to transform from waterfall to Agile, DevOps, and Cloud based model;



3)         experience in driving solutions around Mobility, Digital e Commerce, SOA, and Life Cycle Automation;



4)         experience in building different automation framework using Selenium, Nightwatch, and Protractor;



5)         Cucumber, Loadrunner, Dynatrace, Kibbana, Silverlight, JAVA, .Net, mainframe, data warehouse, and data migration;



6)         End-to-end test coordination for all testing phases (QA, IT, and UAT) and associated defects with Quality metrics;



7)         Defect and Test tracking tools (ALM, Quality Center, VSTS, Jira, TestRail); and



8)         non-functional testing including automation, performance, and security testing.



Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.



Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
