Day-to-day communication with remote facilities and crew vendors for 320+ events annually, including pre-event coordination and post-event confirmation Assist event crews with travel arrangements Verify invoices and review T&E reports Organize and process footage/dub requests Assist with planning and execution of event personnel schedules Occasionally take on in-house production assignments Organize and respond to incoming resumes/tapes Assist with preparation of yearly budgets Track monthly expenses to ensure compliance with budget Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Qualifications / Requirements
Basic knowledge and understanding of remote event productions Strong familiarity with Chicago market and sports teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work non-traditional workdays and business hours Strong knowledge of Excel & Word Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of basic accounting principles required Bachelor degree required or comparable work experience
