Answer emails and voicemail messages from viewers and respond to other requests for information. Manage and order all office supplies. Coordinate paperwork necessary for the Director of Finance to approve. This includes, but is not limited to, purchase orders and accounts payable vouchers. Prepare a variety of complex reports. Compose routine and non-routine correspondence, memos, reports, etc., which are often confidential in nature. Must use various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents. Assist in Human Resources, e.g. new hire paperwork, time sheet management, and vacation schedules. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 4 year college degree and 2 years working in a fast paced business environment Proficient in Windows environment with strong Excel skills Proficient in use of PowerPoint and Great Plains (or similar accounting software) a plus Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines Excellent personal and communications skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must Ability to occasionally work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Experience in advertising, television, or sports a plus.
